Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2019 750ML

"Made in half-ton bins and punched down three times per day, Paloma's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon may be old school in terms of winemaking, but the wine hits the modern marks in terms of quality and approachability. The Ribena-like cassis fruit may come across as a bit straightforward, but this medium- to full-bodied wine is nicely built and structured to drink well now and for another 10–15 years. It's concentrated yet plush, with a long, lingering finish."-Joe Czerwinski
