From Rovereto, one of the best areas for Gavi, Picollo Ernesto’s bottling is clean, crisp, and seriously refreshing, with bright citrus, green apple, and a subtle almond note. There’s a nice mineral edge that gives it that “one more sip” quality. Now in our third vintage with it, this is a wine that consistently overdelivers. An easy go-to white that’s just as good on its own as it is with seafood or lighter fare.
