Our Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

By placing your order you have represented to Grapes the Wine Co that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that Grapes the Wine Co arranges for shipping on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age; this also includes items delivered outside of the United States. 

Important Notice

Due to federal and state regulations, all wine deliveries must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the wine delivery. Therefore, Grapes the Wine Co recommends that you designate a business address. Federal regulations also make it illegal to deliver wine to post office boxes. In addition, Grapes the Wine Co cannot schedule deliveries for a specific time during the day.

Where do we ship?

• We cannot ship wine to the following states: Kentucky, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Massachusetts, Virginia & Utah
• We ship spirits within New York State only.
• We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes.

What are the shipping rates?

For standard, non-scheduled delivery, shipping and handling rates will vary. The standard rates for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as the cart is updated.

We offer the following shipping options: 

Ground Service - approximately 2-10 business days in transit  
2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit 
Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit 

Items requiring adult signature like wine and spirits cannot be rerouted from their original address.  Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address.  

Please note Grapes the Wine Co is unable to arrange common carrier delivery of hard liquor or spirits outside the state of NY.
