First introduced in 2013 and relaunched in 2015, this limited edition St. George's Dry Rye Gin includes an additional aging process to its production. Beginning with a 100% rye grain spirit base, the spirit is then infused with 6 botanical ingredients - juniper berries, black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, and lime peel. Following distillation, the gin rests for about 18 months in American and French oak wine casks. It is bottled at 49.5% ABV.
