Aux Echezeaux, Combes Dessus, En Champ. 70 to 120 year old vines, 20 hl/ha, 50% whole bunch in the decorticated style, with the main stem removed. One third new wood. Not the deepest colour, crimson purple, but this is a wine which is all in finesse, like Arnaud’s Ma Cuvée but with a tensile thread that takes it to a higher level, superb on the palate, all red fruit
