The 2017 Chardonnay Santa Maria Valley is a racy, juicy effort that has loads of salted citrus, grapefruit, and white flower aromas and flavors. With medium body, good acidity, and a clean, balanced style, this racy effort is going to put on weight over the next year or two and keep for upwards of a decade. (Drink between 2021-2031)

The 2017 Chardonnay Bien Nacido Vineyard is soft, creamy and inviting, with tons of near and medium term appeal. In this vintage, the Bien Nacido Chardonnay is especially open-knit. There is good depth to the orchard fruit, tangerine and chamomile flavors, but a touch less detail than is often the case. (Drink between 2019-2027)
