This distinctive blend comprises 30% Tocai Friulano, 23% Albariño, 21% Verdelho, 21% Vermentino, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc, all sourced from organically farmed vineyards throughout California. The wine presents vibrant aromatics and flavors of peach, melon, lime, with mineral notes and a saline finish, delivering a gracefully aromatic profile with excellent textural complexity. Folk Machine represents Kenny Likitprakong's California portfolio, recognized for approachable blends and terroir-focused wines that express their vineyard origins.

Driven by the idea of making a lightly aromatic textural wine, something not super dry or super fruity, this wine always strives to be fresh, acid-leaning, mineral, saline/briny extremely drinkable and easy to enjoy.

The pieces of this blend were all fermented in stainless steel tanks and the blend was assembled in pieces as the fermentations finished. Spontaneous fermentation, partial ML, no oak, and bottled early with a touch of residual CO2.
