Mount Hermon Indigo is produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (Shiraz) fruit harvested from vineyards on the Golan Heights. These two classic red varieties combine to give the wine its appealing indigo color. This medium-bodied red blend features attractive characters of ripe red and black fruits, intermingled with notes of smoke, earth, black tea and fresh herbs. Ready to drink upon release, the Mount Hermon Indigo is best enjoyed within about three years from harvest
