Vincent Ravaut is one of the best young winemakers coming out of Burgundy today producing affordable an excellent wines. This magnificent example comes from 100% Pinot Noir from Ladoix and Aloxe Corton and only a stone throw away from the famed Corton Grand Cru Hill. This wine is elegant with deep red color with an expressive nose and smooth, velvety, strawberry tones. A really good bargain that can drink young but hold its own as well for some years.
