Description
Description
The grapes used to make "Il Favot" come from vineyards with rolling replantings, giving the vines a maximum age of 15 years. Skin contact is limited to 6-8 days to extract minimal tannins while maximizing color from the skins, resulting in a richly colored wine with notable softness.
