Sourced from Andeluna's 70-hectare estate in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1,300 metres above sea level — the altitude that names the wine. Rocky, sandy, calcareous soils at this elevation produce wines of genuine mountain restraint: fruit-forward without being heavy, structured without requiring years to open. Certified organic since 2020. Fermented with native and selected yeasts in stainless steel, aged three months in French oak, then a minimum of three months in bottle.
