Bacchus Pinot Noir 2023 750ML

The Bacchus label was created by acclaimed sommelier David Gordon. The Pinot Noir Ginger’s Cuvée is sourced from Monterey and crafted with a thoughtful, hands-off approach. The wine is split between tank and neutral oak fermentation, then aged 10 months in neutral oak to preserve freshness while adding subtle depth. In the glass, it shows a dark ruby hue with light- to medium-bodied structure and notes of raspberry, tart cherry, spice, and a touch of earth. Supple, balanced, and smooth on the finish, it’s an easygoing yet polished Pinot that consistently overdelivers.
