Bodegas Frontonio Garnacha Telescopico 2023 750ML

Vinous-95

" From the Jardín de las Iguales vineyard in Alpartir, Aragón, the 2023 Telescópico blends Garnacha, Garnacha Peluda and Mazuelo. Light in structure yet unusually intense for the style, it shows notes of cherry, sour cherry and pomegranate alongside low-growing herbs and a touch of blood orange. The palate is delicate with vivid fruit expression. Whole clusters contribute a subtle tannic presence, barely perceptible yet lending structure. The juicy and ethereal finish leaves a trace of fine cherry. The 2023 exhibits impeccable purity and remarkable clarity of aroma and flavor within the context of Spain’s lighter red styles." - Joaquin Hidalgo
