Craftsmanship: Crafted in Amatit?n, Jalisco, using fully mature 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave from the lowlands, this expression follows the same meticulous process as the No. 7 Blanco, with a focus on preserving the agave's natural essence. The tequila undergoes double distillation in stainless steel pots with copper coils and is aerated before bottling. Rested in stainless steel vats for 1-3 months, it achieves a robust flavor profile.
