During production in stainless steel tanks, a slight amount of natural, dissolved carbon dioxide (CO₂) is intentionally left in the wine. This gives it a signature, very subtle effervescence upon opening.

Producer Description:

A delightful white wine from the Langhe region in Piedmont, Italy. Crafted from the indigenous Arneis grape, this wine showcases a pale straw yellow color and exudes fresh aromas of white flowers, pear, and a hint of almonds. On the palate, it offers a lively acidity, flavors of citrus fruits, and a crisp minerality. The wine's light body and a clean, refreshing finish make it an excellent choice for pairing with seafood, salads, and light appetizers.
