During production in stainless steel tanks, a slight amount of natural, dissolved carbon dioxide (CO₂) is intentionally left in the wine. This gives it a signature, very subtle effervescence upon opening.

Crafted from the indigenous Arneis grape, this wine showcases a pale straw yellow color and exudes fresh aromas of white flowers, pear, and a hint of almonds. On the palate, it offers a lively acidity, flavors of citrus fruits, and a crisp minerality.
