It is characterized by high Vitamin C and acid content, with tart, fragrant and firm pulp. “A little Goethe, a little Bonaparte. Old school, honor, tradition, level-headed with a calm voice. Very present and acting with calm, pure bright, tart apple, traditional, mealy, yeasty, leaven, overall prudent, ripe and balanced, looks very serious. Established on the palate, poet and regent, balanced and level-headed, sweet and tart-fresh references, apple, very fine ripe and moderate stimulation, the subtle, soft foaming on the palate.
