Convene By Dan Kosta Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 750ML 2021

Decanter-97

A classically-fashioned Russian River Pinot Noir with a warmer, rounder profile as compared to Convene's Sonoma Coast label from winemaker Shane Finley and vintner Dan Kosta. Super perfumed notes of rose petals, conifer and mocha along with Asian spices and smoky clove. The medium-bodied palate is infused with black cherry, pomegranate, cola spices, and black truffle. Cedar-rich tannins possess a caramelised sweetness. Beautifully vibrant finish redolent of blood orange cut through by grapefruit zest. Such a crowd-pleaser.
