Domaine Thibert Beaujolais L'ode Leynes 2021 1.5L

Domaine Thibert’s L’O de Leynes is a pure, beautifully expressive Gamay from the northernmost part of Beaujolais (almost in Burgundy), sourced from organically farmed vines as old as 80 years. The fruit is hand harvested from low-yielding vines and handled gently in the cellar, allowing the character of the old vines and Leynes terroir to come through. The 2021 shows bright red berries, violets and subtle spice, with a juicy, energetic palate, fine tannins and a refreshing mineral finish.
