Dubreuil Fontaine Bourgogne Rouge Notre Dame De Bonne Esperance 750ML 2023 - (Pre-arrival)

The Dubreuil family has been making wine in Pernand-Vergelesses since 1879, and this Pinot Noir comes from four plots in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Ladoix-Serrigny, and Pommard, including the “La Chapelle Notre-Dame” vineyard that gives the wine its name. The vines average about 30 years old and sit on clay and limestone, and the grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and fully destemmed before spending around two weeks on the skins in temperature-controlled steel tanks. It then rests for 10 to 12 months in a mix of older oak barrels and stainless steel (no new oak here), which keeps the fruit front and center. The result is bright, fresh, and super easy to drink,
