The Tremblay family has been making wine in Chablis for five generations, now farming 100 acres of sustainably grown vines rooted in the region's signature Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Their village-level Chablis is vinified in stainless steel and aged on lees for six months, producing a crisp, mineral-driven white with aromas of citrus zest, green apple, and wet stone. On the palate, expect bright acidity, orchard fruit flavors, and a chalky, flinty finish that exemplifies classic Chablis character. This is textbook Chablis offering excellent quality at an accessible price point.
