Tasting Notes via Importer Sweet, yeasted bread, hot pepper, and fresh coconut on the nose transition to cinnamon, toasted coconut, plum, and vanilla on the palate with cracked pepper and toffee on a mineralic finish. “One of only two casks released in North America, this bottling originally comes from the legendary Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados where it was aged 11 years before making its way to the U.K. for an additional 4 years of maturation in ex-English whisky casks that previously held red wine.”
