This flagship Pinot Noir blends fruit from Illahe's estate vineyards with select neighboring parcels, spending ten months in barrels with minimal new oak and incorporating partial whole cluster fermentation. The wine offers vibrant red berry aromas alongside floral hints, with flavors of fresh strawberries, dark berries, and warm spice notes, all supported by smooth tannins and lively acidity.
