Honeyed apples, stone fruits, and minty herb notes all emerge from the 2020 Roussanne Saint-Guilhem-Le-Desert, a clean, medium-bodied, nicely balanced Roussanne offering both richness and freshness. It's going to shine on the dinner table, and while terrific today, I suspect it will have an interesting evolution over the coming 4-6 years or so.
