It comes from limestone-rich vineyards around Vittoria in southeastern Sicily, a region known for wines with real energy and mineral drive. Produced by the Occhipinti family, longtime champions of natural winemaking in Sicily, it reflects a hands-on, minimal-intervention approach in the vineyard and cellar. The blend of local Sicilian grapes delivers crisp citrus, white peach, and a light floral lift, all carried by a clean, saline finish.
