A modern classic, this multifaceted red was produced from hand-harvested grapes grown in the cool climate slopes of Israel's northern Galilee region. Aromas of ripe black cherry, lavender, cloves and cigar box are succeeded by mineral notes in the finish. Aged 15 months in French oak, this fine red has the capacity to age for a decade or more. Savor with grilled meats, roasts and hearty pasta dishes. Superb with hard aged cheeses.
