2004 Barossa Valley fruit that usually goes into the Two Hands Ares, blended with Bob Egelhoff's best 2003 Glendale fruit from Conn Valley, producing a dense purple black color that stains the glass. This is intoxicating stuff with loads of plum, dusty cinnamon, perfume, smoked herbs backed by lashings of black currants. The bouquet displays an amazing purity and a lush density which is the benchmark for great Cabernet Sauvignon.
