Twomey Sauvignon Blanc 2024 750ML

Decanter-93

"Fragrant guava, passion fruit, seagrass, and smoky minerality lift from the glass, complemented by a savoury, just-picked pop of tarragon. Medium-bodied, with plump, juicy fruit on the palate, the wine is framed by a firm spine of racy acidity and finishes long on a chalky, mineral note. That palate-coating tropical fruit character lingers well beyond the saline-mineral thread’s graceful resolution. One of the most delicious and structured Sauvignon Blancs I’ve tasted from Twomey. Aged in French oak puncheons and barrels, stainless steel drums, and concrete, the blend includes 1% Semillon."-Jonathan Cristaldi
