“VEDRENNE mostly uses the famous Noir de Bourgogne variety, which is the most aromatic in the world. A significant amount of blackcurrant berries are used as per the traditional Burgundian recipe. The berries are macerated with alcohol in rotating stainless steel vats away from air and light. Sweetened with a touch of dry sugar, no additives. 15% ABV”
