Nose: The Cognac is rich and aromatic. On the nose it features powerful notes of ripe orchard fruit, particularly pear and apricot, with a hint of some tropical fruit notes, along with hints of vanilla, honey, and a touch of spice and well-seasoned oak.
Palate: It’s smooth and well-rounded on the palate and incredibly fruity featuring layers of dried fruits, including fig, apricot, peach, and golden raisin. Additionally, there are subtle, well-integrated spice notes such of cinnamon, clove, and the barest hint of pepper. It has a smooth, creamy texture with a distinctive palate weight and features additional notes of caramel and vanilla and a hint of milk chocolate.
Finish: The finish is long and fruity, featuring a dried fruit sweetness, a satisfying warmth and lingering notes of wood spices and well-seasoned oak.
