Nose: Floral and sweet with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, chamomile, and almond.

Palate: Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, oak, and almond.

Finish: Medium length and warmth with lingering notes of cinnamon and oak.

Blend: 67% 2014 Bourbon (36% rye), 24% 2014 bourbon (21% rye), 9% 2007 bourbon (21% rye).

The result is an exceptionally complex, high-age bourbon that offers aromas of cherry, candied pecans and hints of leather, along with exquisite flavors of maple syrup, cherry and fig.
