WIth juice coming from George Dickel Distillery in Tennessee, this high corn mashbill (84% corn/8% rye/8% bareley) the nose gives off pears in caramel sauce, dark chocolate, vanilla-almond-toffee, and cinnamon sticks. On the palate, dark chocolate, and almonds surge with caramel coated pears as cinnamon and clove percolate along with vanilla blossom. The finish is round and balanced with sweet and spice fading slowly together. An absolutely gorgeous bourbon for sipping neat.
