Founded in 2015 by Dr. Richard Hermann and his wife Freya Herman, 00 Wines is a family-owned and operated winery. They emigrated from Europe to the United States after World War II and settled in Willamette Valley, Oregon. That is where they became beloved professors and scientific researchers at Oregon State University. 00 Wines is a global luxury wine house specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bottlings from Burgundy, Champagne, and Willamette Valley, Oregon. Today, their curious nature and unwavering precision are infused into the philosophy of 00 Wines by their son, Chris.

"A crunchy and crisp chardonnay with sliced green apple, lemon, and hints of vanilla and cream. It’s tight and focused with a subtle palate of intense flavors. Very long and flavorful.
