They emigrated from Europe to the United States after World War II and settled in Willamette Valley, Oregon. That is where they became beloved professors and scientific researchers at Oregon State University. 00 Wines is a global luxury wine house specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bottlings from Burgundy, Champagne, and Willamette Valley, Oregon. The aromatics of the 2019 Chardonnay EGW are lifted with a hint of smoky reduction and offer notes of lemon verbena and orchard fruits. The palate is vibrant with fresh pear, green apple, and white flowers. The wine is open and inviting, with mineral earth, and its clean and polished perfume lasts long after the finish. It delivers a great balance between opulence and tension, making for a truly compelling wine. Drink 2024-2036.
