The domain’s white Châteauneuf-du-Pape comes from two plots: Les Serres, planted with Roussanne, and "Le Revès" with Grenache blanc.
This estate makes a terrific white, and their 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc is well worth seeking out. Made in a fresh, medium-bodied, clean, crisp style, it still has ample texture as well as textbook apple, citrus, sappy herbs, and chalky mineral-like aromas and flavors. It's just beautifully done, and I suspect it will evolve for a decade, although there's no reason not to drink bottles over the coming 2-3 years. The blend is 80% Roussanne and 10% each of Clairette and Grenache Blanc, brought up all in concrete tanks.
