The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Sentinel Ridge is a total turn-on. The aromatics alone are spellbinding. Graphite, crushed rocks, slate, sage and dried herbs are all beautifully delineated. I imagine this will need a few years in bottle to truly shine. It's a magical wine from Russell Bevan. This is a heavyweight.
