1) 2023 Jean Vaudoisey Bourgogne Rouge

Almost all in the commune of Volnay but there’s a little from Pommard and Meursault too. A little young vines are included, but the average is still over 60 years old

2) 2023 Michel Noellat Bourgogne Rouge

Domaine Michel Noellat Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from 1.44 hectares of 50-year-old vines planted in classic clay-limestone soils. After manual harvest, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 3-5 days before fermenting in stainless steel for 18 days, then aging 12 months in French oak. The result is honest Bourgogne Rouge that delivers classic Burgundian character – red fruit, earth, and distinctive minerality – without the inflated pricing that's made so much of the region inaccessible.

3) 2023 Gerard Seguin Bourgogne Rouge Cuvee Gerard

"This excellent wine comes mostly from 40 yr old vines in Gevrey Chambertin and the Lieux-dit of Charreux in the northern part of Gevrey. The vines are vinified in its natural yeast and neutral oak for 15 months. Frankly drinks like a Gevrey Village with robust and generous, fairly structured with aromas of red and black fruits, it highlights the taste of terroir very pronounced that one finds in this cuvée."-Importer Notes
