Blackberries, cloves, tobacco and some graphite on the nose of this dark-fruited red. It’s medium-bodied with nicely integrating tannins. Savory, subtly smoky finish.
The nose has the earthy, umami feel of damp soil, pepper, graphite, coffee grinds, black olives and tart blackberries, while the palate is headlined by sweeter blackberries and rppe black cherries, before a unifying finish of coffee and bitter chocolate.
