This Bourgogne Rouge is sourced from vines planted in the 1970s in sandy granite soils near Maranges or prior in the (Paris l'Hôpital) and partly from vines around Puligny-Montrachet planted in the 1950s, in limestone and marl. Grapes were fermented whole cluster, and wine was aged for just under a year in neutral oak barrels.
