This wine from Fronsac, part of the portofolio of the Guinaudeau family, owners of Château Lafleur in Pomerol.

Production of 45,000 to 60,000 bottles per year.

The 2020 Grand Village is a blend of 21% Cabernet Franc and 79% Merlot, matured in 30% new oak.

Very perfumed and bright with cherries, currants and shaved chocolate. Medium body and velvety and silky tannins. Juicy and very pretty. Just a hint of walnuts. Lovely.
