The 2017er Wolfer Goldgrube Auslese GK is the result of a selection of botrytized grapes harvested at 130° Oechsle through the harvest. It offers a great nose of apricot, grapefruit, spices and fine herbs. The wine develops the full oily creaminess of a small BA on the palate and leaves a pure and intense feel of apricot and spices in the long and persistent finish. Acidity provides a great feel of freshness in the still sweet finish. 2027-2042

The 2017 Wolfer Goldgrube Riesling Auslese (Gold Capsule) is flinty and pure on the bright, fresh and concentrated nose with pink grapefruit aromas. It's dense and lush but highly refined on the palate, with grip and vital acidity. This is a salty-piquant and highly stimulating Riesling.
