The 2017er Wolfer Goldgrube Beerenauslese was harvested at a whopping 170° Oechsle, i.e. technically at TBA level. This offers a stunning feel of pear, date, almond paste, honey, whipped cream and smoke. The wine is beautifully clean and refined on the palate and leaves a gorgeous and delicately oily feel of dried fruits, zesty acidity and almond paste in the long and multi-layered finish. The after-taste seems endless. This is a great BA in the making! 2032-2067
