"Slightly exotic aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit are accented here with a bit of smoky reduction and a hint of acacia blossom. The texture of the wine balances richness and crisp acidity to draw out a lingering finish. Fichet farms two parcels totaling 0.86ha; one is at the top of the slope and the other mid-slope, exposed north and east in thin, rocky soils. This wine is racy and delicate, but there is enough substance to warrant a few years before opening and mid-term ageing."-Charles Curtis, MW

The racy and beautifully detailed middleweight flavors display an almost aggressive stoniness on the chiseled, youthfully austere and equally dry finale where the citrus character, while present, is a bit less prominent.
