El Jefe (Grande), meaning "the Big Boss," is a straightforward, quality red wine crafted from 100% Tempranillo grown on a single family estate in Spain's northern tablelands. Fermented and aged in traditional concrete tanks, this method preserves the grape's natural character with soft tannins and bright red fruit. The wine shows a ruby red hue with flavors of berry, white cherry, plum, stone, and mocha. An excellent value, it's a crowd-pleaser that pairs beautifully with grilled meats and Spanish cuisine.
