Vigneron Caroline Charrier sees herself as a steward of the land, eschewing harsh farming practices in the vineyard and crafting her wines exclusively with whole-cluster fermentation and native yeasts. In the same vein, she relies primarily on neutral oak, crafting wines that are defined by vibrancy and purity - rather than the bold notes of new oak barrels.
