Domaine Francis Blanchet is a small 8-hectare estate situated in the village of St. Andelain. Working alongside his son Mathieu, this eighth-generation family of winegrowers has been making Pouilly-Fume for generations. St. Andelain has the distinction of having the largest percentage of silex soil in the entire Pouilly-Fume appellation, allowing Francis and Mathieu to produce wines full of tension, verve and bright minerality.
