Gaintza - Txakolina Blanco 2024

Sourced from sustainably farmed vines planted in 1978 to clay and limestone soils, at 75m elevation in the Getariako Txakolina DO, this crisp blend of 85% Hondarrabi Zuri and 15% Gros Manseng delivers mouth watering lemon and lime zest with hint of pineapple and very crisp character with slight spritz typical of region. Gaintza's low alcohol, effervescence and bright acidity make it a wonderful aperitif on its own, but it would be beautiful with shellfish, shrimp, and fried seafood. With its low alcohol content, it's the perfect wine for enjoying by the beach.
