The sweeter side of Bepi is expressed not only in Recioto but also in this Amabile del Cerè, from the name of the district that houses the cellar. Grapes with a prevalence of Garganega, Trebbiano, Tai and Sauvignon, this wine, after the drying of the grapes, undergoes an aging of about five years in barrique. It is one of the most exciting sweet wines in Italy. Produced only in very large vintages, it seduces with its amber-orange colour. Delight your sense of smell with apricot aromas, candied orange peel, burnt sugar, almonds and butter. On the palate it is intense and broad, with flavours of toasted walnuts and caramel. Vertical freshness and unlimited persistence make the tasting pleasant and, at the same time, unforgettable.
