"The 2022 Dry Riesling comes from a vintage with a polar vortex in the winter, resulting in a much smaller crop. Those low yields led to great depth of fruit here, accented by leesy saltiness. Sweet peach, apricot, lime zest and an exotic note of guava emerge, braced by measured acidity and notable grip. This bracing Riesling finished at 3 grams per liter of residual sugar.
