The 2023 Etna Bianco Calderara Sottana is rich and highly aromatic, with a bouquet of crushed hazelnut, almond custard, yellow flowers and dried apricot. It envelops the palate with salty minerals and tart orchard fruits offset by a tinge of brisk acidity and sour citrus tones.
