“Translucent orange. White peach, strawberry, mango and a touch of honey on the highly fragrant nose. Offers fleshy red berry and pith fruit flavors, along with hints of lavender, fennel and orange zest. Closes long, smooth and gently spicy, with the peach and floral notes repeating.” –Josh Raynolds 

2) 2021 Raul Perez Albarino Atalier Rias Baixas A Cruz Das Animas 
Notes on the 2020: RPWA 94 points
The 2020 Atalier comes from the A Cruz das Ánimas vineyard in Dena, in the town center. It matured in 5,000-liter oak foudres, where the wine matured for seven months. It has the spark and liveliness of 2020, a transparent, pure and defined Albariño with good acidity and a salty, very tasty finish. This transcends its price point. 15,000 bottles were produced from 1.5 hectares.
 
3) 2020 Michel Lafarge Bourgogne Rouge Passetoutgrain L'Exception

“A deeply lovely fruit character, with plenty of forward red berry fruit nicely dressed with floral notes and a silky, fine texture which is set off by a lively and refreshing acidity. A perennial favourite and exceptional indeed. This is produced from a blend of half Pinot Noir and half Gamay, both from 95-year-old biodynamically worked vines. The grapes are destemmed and fermented on native yeasts prior to ageing over two winters in cask.”--Charles Curtis
